Jewelry
Products
The fashion jewelry industry
produces many of its styles from
castings manufactured through
the rubber mold/spin casting
process. One of the keys to success
is using the proper alloy for
the desired results. AIM produces
hundreds of alloys to meet the
range of options that the fashion
jewelry industry requires. Whether
you are self-linking, dapping,
undercutting, producing earrings,
necklaces, money clips or rings,
AIM manufactures the alloy to
meet your casting requirements.
Pewter
Products
There
are a number if different pewter
compositions available
today. The American Pewter Guild,
however, defines “pewter” as
any alloy with a tin content
of 90% or more. Pewter offers
a good balance between flow,
detail, shrinkage resistance
and strength. They work very
well for large, complex pieces
such as figurines or commemorative
merchandise, as well as for very
ornate designs or augmentation
work, including coins, ornaments,
model ships and planes. AIM manufactures
a variety of pewter, including
lead-free pewter and old-fashioned
English pewter (Britannia metal).
Our experienced and knowledgeable
sales and support staffs can
assist you in determining the
proper alloy for your production
needs.

Accessory Products
AIM alloys are well
suited for advertising
specialty awards and
incentive merchandise.
In many circumstances,
these items are given
away to the end user,
creating a need for a
quality material at a
low cost. To meet those
demands, AIM has developed
a wide variety of cost-effective
alloys that reduce material
costs without sacrificing
castability or creating
finishing issues. |
